We were very pleased with my sons pom night. We rented a mini van for 10 students. The van arrived 10 minutes prior to the pick up time👍. The students were treated with respect and all gave great reviews of their ride to the prom. Thank you UCL for making my sons prom a great experience.

He helped me unload drinks, organize the space, and make sure the entire vibe was smooth and stress-free. While the rest of us were partying, dancing, and celebrating a special birthday, Jerome was the quiet, steady backbone of the entire night. Respectful, kind, patient, professional, but also cool and down-to-earth. The kind of guy you don't forget. He didn't just 'drive a bus.' He made sure the night flowed, helped with setup, gave me peace of mind, and even followed up after I left something behind to make sure I got it back. Most drivers clock out when the job ends. Not Jerome. This man stays solid from start to finish. ULC, if you're reading this: Jerome is a treasure. I hope you treat him like one. He deserves a raise, a bonus, and 100 more bookings. Driver was on time and great. Bus was nice except it was excessively hot on our ride home. The AC never cooled our part of the bus. The ambient temperature had to be in the high 80's the entire ride home to Los Al from the Valley, it was horrible.
Everything was just as we had hoped it would be. The bus worked out well and arrived early for us. The driver was excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. He did a great job pivoting with our return time and picking us up a bit earlier than planned. Overall a five star and repeat when the time comes.

Our driver was great. My only complaint was that the label for the bluetooth name was not correct so it took us almost a half hour to figure out the correct one.

Let me start with the professionalism of Miss Shannon, she was efficient, quick and personable over the phone, she booked me 1 day before our trip. I was sent everything by email and paid through a secure link online, which I prefer to do. The driver Larry Price was awesome, he was funny, on time and got us to our destination on time and safe. I am more thankful that we found this company to be our transport for my mom's birthday.

I recently rented a limo from ULC Party Bus and Limo for my daughter's homecoming night, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Our driver, Joe, went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and her friends had a memorable evening. Joe arrived early, taking the time to double-check the pickup and drop-off locations, which really eased my mind. During the ride to the dance, he created such a fun atmosphere with his great sense of humor and willingness to accommodate the girls' every request. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had with Joe! It truly made her night special, and I'm so grateful for his effort. This was my second time using ULC and they are legit. The reservation process was quick and easy, and our drivers were early for both pick up and return trips. Pricing is fair as well. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a limo bus.

Bus was very nice! They provided ice and gave us some liquor that previous clients left on the bus. They were also very accommodating as one of the bars were closed so they let us add another to the route. My only critique is our bus driver didn't seem happy to be there. I don't think I saw him smile once. I expected a little better customer service. However, the rental was extremely affordable!

The 44- seat bus was comfortable, clean, and spacious. And affordably priced! Our driver Jose was wonderful - a careful driver who was interested in making our trip successful. He made sure the PA system was working, drove us to the closest, safest spots to load and disembark at our various sites, and even took a group photo of us at the end of the tour! Shannon, who booked us, was great about getting everything signed off and ready. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

The drivers were great. Even Showed up early. I was disappointed that I spoke with the office staff at least three times, sent them detailed route maps twice, as well as written instructions, specifically asking them to share those with the drivers, and when the drivers showed up, they knew nothing about that and had not been given them to them. We took them on a drive thru on the routes to fix this. Was also disappointed that I asked the office staff to provide “out to lunch” signs for the buses drivers could take their breaks and that was not done. We had to do that for them. Drivers were great, disappointed in the office staff.
